Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator (Integration)
- Pay Rate: $30 - $47 hour
- Duration: 6 months (potential temp-to-perm)

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible within time zone)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator (Integrations) to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential for temp-to-perm). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced professional services environment while supporting key projects and initiatives.
The role:
- Develop, review, and refine integration plans for senior-level hires.
- Schedule and support onboarding meetings with senior hires, ensuring follow-up and execution of action items.
- Analyze and update reports related to new hire client portfolios and collaborate cross-functionally to create strategic action plans.
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to support integration activities and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain internal onboarding and integration resources on the company intranet.
- Oversee data management and resource organization for talent integration initiatives.
- Liaise with multiple internal departments to support seamless integration of senior leaders across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Demonstrable experience in HR project management and talent acquisition operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools; experience with Co-Pilot is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
