Location: New York City

Compensation: $220,000 - $250,000 base bonus

We are exclusively partnering with a world-leading financial services firm to appoint a Recruiter (Experienced Hire) for their New York office. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing in-house team at one of the most respected names in the industry.

As part of the experienced hire team, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, playing a pivotal role in shaping their introduction to the firm. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where you will:

• Provide a white-glove recruitment experience, managing candidates and internal stakeholders with precision and care.

• Partner with senior leaders to execute on critical non-technical hiring needs across the business.

• Bring fresh ideas to sourcing, pipelining, and employer branding in an increasingly competitive market.

• Contribute to strategic discussions on recruitment processes, while mastering the firm's broader talent philosophy.

• Travel occasionally to represent the firm at key recruiting events and conferences.
  
  

We are seeking a polished, driven, and collaborative recruitment professional with the following:

• 5 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, professional services, or another high-demand sector.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Humility and curiosity - you know when to ask for support and are eager to continuously learn.
