Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage multiple open roles across various departments
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Screen and interview candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through interviews and offers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates
- Improve recruiting workflows and support TA initiatives
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Comfortable negotiating offers and start dates
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative
- Passion for DEI and recruiting best practices
