Key Responsibilities
Design & Strategy: Develop and deliver innovative recognition programs that align with the firm's values and people strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders and HR teams globally to ensure programs reflect local and cultural nuances.
Program Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for recognition initiatives, from concept to launch to measurement.
Data & Impact: Define success metrics, analyze participation data, and provide actionable insights to evolve program effectiveness.
Communications & Storytelling: Drive awareness and participation through creative internal communications, campaigns, and events.
Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets efficiently while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
About You
7 years' experience designing or managing recognition, engagement, or employee experience programs within large or global organizations.
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative, data-driven mindset with a passion for fostering culture and connection.
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
