Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly polished, and organized Receptionist to oversee the front desk of our clients' very busy Austin office. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Reception Desk and manage all front desk operations for a high-traffic office
- Warmly greet clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties or destinations
- Answer and route incoming calls using a reception/switchboard system
- Maintain a professional, tidy, and organized reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the office
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or front desk role
- Prior experience with a reception desk or switchboard, ideally within a professional and financial services environment
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable, proactive, and customer-service oriented
