Interim Litigation Legal Executive Assistant

Location: San Diego

Hourly Rate: $44 - $58 /hour

Contract Duration: Temporary (3 months) initially, can convert to perm.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, with occasional additional hours as needed.

We are working with a prestigious, global law firm who are looking for a highly accomplished Litigation Legal Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support with to their litigation practice group. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, experience of e-filing in both district and state courts is essential.

The role?

• Provide seamless calendar management for legal professionals, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Manage complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Process and track expense reports using In-Tap, Microsoft, and Chrome River systems.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including drafting agendas and creating polished documents.
• Collaborate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure, ensuring alignment with existing teams.
• Act as a point of contact for the executives, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Candidate profile/experience

• Strong litigation practice group skills and experience efiling in both district and state courts.
• 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Partners or Senior Executives within a law firm, financial or professional services and matrix environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle high-level administrative tasks.
