Licensed Practical Nurse (Union Position)– Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will provide supervision of all NA staff along with monitoring and providing appropriate care to the residents. Duties to include but not limited to: medications, injections, dressing changes, contacting families and physicians, staffing, and any delegated duties within the scope of practice. Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation. Position requires current MN LPN licensing.
