Director of Nursing (Salaried): The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the nursing services of the department, as well as supervising members of the nurse team and others as assigned, in order to provide effective nursing services that meet practice and quality standards. The Director of Nursing will relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with residents, families and co-workers of all levels. The Director of Nursing will maintain quality care that assures facilities policies and procedures are current and followed as well as in compliance with state and federal regulations. Current RN licensure in the state of MN.
