Certified Nursing Assistant (Union Position)- The nursing assistant is responsible for assisting all licensed nurses in the delivery of resident care. Under the direction of the nurse, the nursing assistant is responsible for all personal care, with the emphasis on the activities of daily living of a group of assigned residents and records, and reporting unusual findings to the nurse. Position requires nursing assistant certification or ability to complete class and pass exam within four months of hire (company will provide training or payment for training to become certified). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
