The Controller position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Controller also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Master’s degree in a business, financial or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in managing an accounting function in a medium- or large-size company
- Able to perform mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Strong Excel experience
- MBA/CPA preferred
Exempt Salaried position pay: $160,000-$185,000 yearly
