Golf Shop & Outside Services Assistant
Oak Valley Golf Club is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Shop & Outside Services Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced golf operation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist golfers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check in golfers and process tee times in the golf shop
- Handle merchandise sales and answer customer questions
- Set up and maintain the driving range
- Clean, stage, and store golf carts
- Assist golfers with bags and equipment
- Keep the golf shop, cart barn, and practice areas clean and organized
- Support daily golf operations and special events as needed
Qualifications
- Prior golf course or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Golf knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
