What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Oak Ridge School District?
Job Duties:
- Maintain all district electrical systems
- Assist with the electrical installation of new equipment
- Remain current in electrical code knowledge
- Assist with district low-voltage system maintenance and installation
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited High School or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical industry.
- Vocational / Technical training in electrical systems.
- Current Electrical license
- Experience with low-voltage / data systems preferred.
- physically capable of lifting, climbing, and other strenuous activity.
- Valid TN driver’s license with safe driving record.
Salary : $28 - $40
