Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Systems
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system optimization.
- Support payroll processing, including data audits and serving as backup during payroll runs.
- Maintain and manage employee records in alignment with compliance and regulatory standards.
Employee Relations & Support
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and staff on policies, conflict resolution, and best practices.
- Assist in internal investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and support leave of absence processes, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
Talent Acquisition & Provider Recruitment
- Support full-cycle recruiting, especially for provider/clinical roles (medical, dental, behavioral).
- Build recruiting relationships with schools, community groups, and networks to grow our pipeline.
- Deliver a welcoming, mission-aligned onboarding experience that reinforces our patient-centered values.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and deliver internal training (onboarding, compliance, leadership) aligned with Oak Orchard’s culture and values.
- Help develop training materials, track progress, and measure impact.
- Partner with leadership to identify ongoing development needs and build learning initiatives.
Culture & Engagement
- Collaborate on employee engagement, recognition, and communication strategies to reinforce our mission-driven culture.
- Support policy reviews, handbook updates, and compliance efforts.
- Drive HR projects that enhance our organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and community-focused mission.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
