About the RoleWe’re seeking a Director of E-Commerce Marketing who fuses performance-driven strategy with creative excellence. This leader will oversee all digital growth initiatives — owning the e-commerce marketing calendar, paid and owned channel strategy, creative performance, and on-site storytelling that drives both conversion and brand affinity. This is a hands-on leadership role for a growth-oriented marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance and brand — blending data, creativity, and collaboration to scale a multi-brand e-commerce business.
How You’ll Contribute· Growth & Performance Leadership
· Own and evolve the growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, Affiliate, SEO, Influencer, and emerging platforms.
· Manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and MER.
· Lead data-driven testing and experimentation across campaigns, ad creative, and landing pages to optimize performance.
· Forecast and report results, presenting actionable insights and growth recommendations to executive leadership.
· Partner with design, copy, and brand teams to create emotionally resonant, high-performing campaigns.
· Translate marketing data into creative briefs and direction for performance content.
· Oversee digital creative production for paid ads, email, homepage, and site merchandising assets.
· Champion a unified brand voice across all channels and customer touchpoints.
· Own the e-commerce marketing calendar — coordinating launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
· Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns into the full e-commerce journey, from traffic acquisition through checkout.
· Team & Leadership
· Build, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team across growth, media, creative, and CRM.
· Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment, efficiency, and best-in-class execution.
· Serve as a strategic bridge between performance, brand, merchandising, and product teams.
What You Bring to the Team· 6 years of experience in e-commerce, performance, or growth marketing, ideally within DTC retail or consumer brands.
· Proven success managing large-scale media budgets ($10M ) and delivering measurable ROI.
· Deep understanding of Shopify, analytics platforms, attribution models, and marketing automation tools.
· Strong creative sensibility and ability to guide design and content teams toward performance outcomes.
· Analytical and data-driven, with confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
