E-Commerce & Shopify Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Senior Manager to join our success and lead our digital marketing team and efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading team efforts in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase online sales and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing sales and growth through various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, social media, content marketing, leadership, and optimizing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.This is a hybrid role, in office three days per week.Why Work Here?Successful, growing company with a 24 year history, that provides a secure environment to thrive.Casual work environment, with competitive wages and a strong benefits packageResponsibilities:Create and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Manage and optimize online store promotions aligned with the overall sales strategy while providing the best online shopping experience by overseeing the creation of effective product listings.Monitor and analyze website analytics, PPC, and KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance, and achieve sales goals and revenue growth.Analyze social media accounts for further opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and creative, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.Manage the company's Shopify platforms, including product listings, promotions, and site content to improve site performance, conversions, and features.Manage, lead, and inspire a team of marketing specialists to maintain a cohesive work environment.Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for new initiatives and improvements. Requirements:Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult and sexual wellness products.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.7 years of proven e-commerce marketing and leadership experience, preferably in the adult novelty and sexual wellness industryProven track record of driving and increasing sales through various digital channels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong experience in leadership and project management with the ability to inspire, create, and maintain a positive climate to meet department and company objectives.Experience managing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce platforms Strong knowledge of web user tracking and analytics with experience utilizing Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.Strong project and process management experience in A/B testing, development, site optimization, quality control, and error reduction.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.Strong knowledge of best practices and top-performing applications to enhance site performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Passion and commitment to e-commerce and technology, preferably with a focus on adult novelty and the sexual wellness industry.
