We are an established national distributor offering numerous lines of consumer electronics and standard to high-end appliances. Our operation spans from the East Coast to the West Coast with six branch operations.

Job Type: Full-time, Office Environment, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage external and internal email accounts
- Generate and track claims within an internal software portal
- Communicate with internal departments relating to returned / defective products
- Evaluate returned items and place in proper inventory
- File claims with carriers when goods are damaged or lost
- File for return authorizations to vendors
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to return shipments to vendors
- Track return shipments and coordinate with accounting ensuring credits are received
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to manage claim progress
- Update sales staff with progress and disposition of claims
- Other duties as assigned, may vary
