O’Rourke Sales Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Product Management Assistant to support the sales team by promoting our vast collection of brands and products through various marketing mediums. Headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, this full-time position will report to the office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects.

Position Type: Full Time (8:30am – 5:00pm) Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) database including specs, dimensions, images, and persuasive copy
- Create and Maintain spreadsheet-based price sheets for the company.
- Inventory reporting as needed.
- Assist with content development and performance analysis of the company’s email and social media marketing campaigns as needed.
- Communicate with vendors to request and obtain current, relevant product information and marketing assets.
- Help plan and prepare for trade shows throughout the year.
- Assist dealers with build sheets and web portal maintenance.
- Assist in completing the vast variety of project requests submitted to the Marketing Department
- Support other departments with the design and creation of shipping labels, bar codes, photo editing; whatever is needed to make their jobs more efficient.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with FTP sites for upload/download of data.
- Adobe Graphics Software (Required)
- Experience and knowledge of print and digital marketing including but not limited to email and social media marketing (Required)
- Ability to work within a team and take pride of ownership in work performed
- Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Reliable attendance and work history
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while working on potentially short deadlines
