The Project Construction Coordinator (PCC) will be responsible for working with Construction Administration team members.
- Support our Construction Administration staff.
- Coordinate project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects – Submittals, RFI’s, Proposal Requests, ASI’s, contracts, etc.
- Assist the Construction Administrators and other staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow-up and coordinate with team members and consultants.
We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…
- Minimum of 5 years’ related industry experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Bluebeam/Acrobat
- Newforma knowledge is a plus.
- Have working knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them .
- Detail oriented and understanding of time sensitivity with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
