What You Will Get To Do….
- Collaborate on healthcare projects
- Concept to complete construction documents
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…
- 5 years of professional experience, inclusive of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Buildings
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited 5-year program/school
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning.
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
- Will be required to have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication skills that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines.
- Experience and proficiency with Education Building projects preferred. Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
