WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders with
efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards - Communicate with the parts department
to obtain needed parts - Save and tag
parts if under warranty or per customer request - Examine vehicles
for additional safety/service needs - Coordinate with service advisors
regarding extra work, delays, or unnecessary repairs - Accurately
document all work performed
and recommended on repair orders - Road test vehicles
to verify concerns and repairs - Participate in OEM training programs
and stay current with
technical bulletins - Report tool or equipment malfunctions
to your supervisor - Keep customers’ vehicles
clean and protected
during service - Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Be accountable for
dealership-owned tools and manuals - Follow all
safety procedures and environmental regulations
(OSHA, hazardous waste disposal, etc.) - Operate all equipment
safely and responsibly - Jump in on
other tasks as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- ASE certifications or OEM training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- A true team player with a can-do attitude
- Dependable, driven, and ready to grow
