🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately per Mitsubishi and dealership standards
- Diagnose issues and communicate clearly with service advisors and parts departments
- Save and tag parts as required by warranty or customer request
- Inspect vehicles for additional safety or maintenance needs
- Accurately document all repairs, diagnostics, and recommendations
- Road test vehicles to confirm concerns and verify repairs
- Participate in ongoing Mitsubishi factory training and stay current on technical bulletins
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety/environmental guidelines
- Be a proactive team player — we all pitch in to get the job done right
💪 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience (Mitsubishi or import preferred)
- ASE certifications or OEM training strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to excellence
