Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
~22 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism—make them feel welcome right away
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently while providing helpful information
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with visitor check-in and follow dealership security procedures
- Support daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with sales and office teams to keep communication flowing smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable regulations
- Jump in and help wherever needed—this role is key to daily operations
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependability—you show up on time and ready to go
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree a plus)
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred (automotive experience is a bonus!)
