O'Brien Mitsubishi is looking for a full-time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Assistant to support our busy F&I Department. This is an essential role that helps ensure every vehicle sale is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls for the Finance & Insurance Department.
- Organize and prepare paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Review deal jackets to ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly signed.
- Obtain and process funding from banks and lending institutions.
- Work closely with the F&I Manager, sales team, and accounting department to keep deals moving.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding paperwork and funding needs.
- Track outstanding documents and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
