Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Financial Representative/Advisor position that is based in Sandy, UT.
In this position, you can use your entrepreneurial spirit to run your own practice with oversight, direction, and mentoring from your partner. New York Life prides itself on developing you to be the best you can be; you just have to put in the effort. The office provides all training using a system developed by Harvard Business School that is one of the best in the industry. The company invests about $300,000 in training and tools for each employee to help make your business a success.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial products and insurance solutions, while achieving performance goals. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to identify their insurance and financial needs, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include participating in training programs and staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations. The only limit to your income is your determination to make this a great long-term career.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid green card or be a US Citizen and have:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, and willing to engage clients effectively
- Ability to learn how to meet performance targets in a results-driven environment
- Willingness to obtain the Knowledge of Insurance products and financial planning principles to advise clients on proper solutions that complement their goals
- Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing Training opportunities
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset
- No degree required, but relevant experience will be considered
- Licensing for insurance or financial products is a plus; however, you must be willing to obtain the needed licenses as required
