What You’ll Do
As an IAR, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Compensation
Enjoy a $72,000 base, generous commission schedule with increased earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.
Required Licenses
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following licenses:
• Property & Casualty
• Life & Health
• Series 7
• Series 66 (or 63 and 65, CFP or ChFC)
