Entry Level Sales Representative

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will learn to master key sales skills such as customer acquisition, account support, and promoting products and services to new customers through our personalized mentorship program.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with sales customers to promote products, services, and current promotional offers and assist customers with enrollments, account setup, and service selections
• Promote to customers on product features, benefits, and available solutions based on their needs
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Support customer acquisition and sales goals through daily interactions and outreach efforts
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns while delivering excellent sales service
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records throughout the enrollment process
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representatives and management to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and product knowledge sessions
• Learn and apply sales strategies designed to improve customer engagement and retention

Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Representative Role:

• No experience required but background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Prior Entry Level Sales Representative experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to grow professionally and develop leadership skills
