As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers to educate them on Verizon's industry-leading wireless, 5G, home internet, and connected device solutions. You'll build lasting customer relationships, support new customer acquisitions, manage existing accounts, and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Meet directly with customers to educate them on Verizon products, wireless plans, home internet services, devices, and current promotions
- Recommend personalized wireless and connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs and lifestyle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up support
- Assist customers with new account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Representatives and leadership to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts through additional Verizon products and services
- Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, hospitality, or telecommunications is helpful but not required
- Prior Entry Level Sales Representative experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and achieving performance goals
