What You'll Be Doing
- Owning all purchasing for apparel and promotional products
- Managing vendor orders, confirmations, and timelines
- Tracking pricing, availability, and backorders
- Communicating clearly with production and operations
- Catching problems before they become expensive
- Keeping purchasing clean, organized, and predictable
What You Need
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and software
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines at once
- High attention to detail
- A strong sense of urgency and accountability
Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or production environments is a plus — work ethic and mindset matter more.
