We're looking for a reliable, clear-thinking Client Support Specialist who:
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Stays calm when things are busy or complicated
- Takes ownership of issues until they're resolved
- Cares about doing right by the client and the team
This is not retail. This is relationship-driven support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting clients via phone, email, and internal systems
- Answering questions about orders, timelines, and products
- Coordinating with production, purchasing, and graphics
- Keeping communication clear, accurate, and timely
- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
What You Need
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Comfort using software, systems, and order tools
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- A strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
Customer service or account support experience is a plus — attitude and reliability matter more.
