Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email channels
- Create and edit marketing content including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content
- Manage and schedule social media posts and monitor engagement metrics
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, and website updates
- Assist with website maintenance, updates, and landing page creation
- Develop marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (graphics, ads, and promotional materials)
- Assist with basic video production and editing for digital campaigns and social media
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Excel and marketing analytics tools
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports (PowerBI experience a plus)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials
- Assist with marketing data management and reporting to support decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience (internships acceptable)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere)
- Experience or familiarity with social media management and digital content creation
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Strong writing and copywriting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of website management or CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with PowerBI or marketing analytics dashboards
- Experience with video production/editing tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, or CRM systems
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
