Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Dealer Account Manager to grow and manage dealership relationships in your territory. This role focuses on driving sales, training dealership teams, and promoting NVP’s warranty products.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a territory sales pipeline
• Sign new dealership partners and manage existing accounts
• Present and train dealership teams on warranty products
• Support dealership needs with help from internal teams
• Track CRM activity, market trends, and sales performance
• Identify growth opportunities in your territory
  
  

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience; automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Bachelor’s degree
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience
• Valid driver’s license; regional travel required
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $36K base uncapped 10% commission
• Avg. rep earnings: $85K–$150K
• Top reps: $200K–$300K
