Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Dealer Account Manager to grow and manage dealership relationships in your territory. This field-based role focuses on driving sales, training dealership teams, and promoting NVP’s warranty products.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a territory sales pipeline
- Sign new dealership partners and manage existing accounts
- Present and train dealership teams on warranty products
- Support dealership needs with help from internal teams
- Track CRM activity, market trends, and sales performance
- Identify growth opportunities in your territory
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience; automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Bachelor’s degree
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- Valid driver’s license; regional travel required
Compensation & Benefits
- $36K base uncapped 10% commission
- Avg. rep earnings: $85K–$150K
- Top reps: $200K–$300K
