The Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be a valued member of our clinical team, supporting our veterinarians and technicians in providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations and procedures
- Restrain and handle animals safely during exams and treatments
- Clean and maintain treatment areas, kennels, and equipment
- Prepare patients for surgery and recovery
- Monitor hospitalized patients
- Provide compassionate care to all patients
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain detailed medical records
