Job Description
Business strategy and Product planning •Manage the business and product strategy planning function for our newest MOSFET to be introduced to the U.S. and other global market, ensuring accomplishment of business objectives. •Assess current market and future trends and suggest alternative strategies for discussion with related departments and parent company/business group to capitalize on market/account opportunities and address any gaps. •Total P&L responsibility for budget, national PSI, sales programs, and inventory management with assigned products and/or channels and/or accounts. •Provide feedback to related departments and parent company/business unit on products based on knowledge obtained from account sources; such feedback includes product acceptance & performance, trends and competitive insight. •Develop & execute comprehensive products plans (short & long range) in conjunction with related departments and parent company/business unit. •Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and react to competitive activity. •Develop & maintain working knowledge of tools & systems necessary to complete business and account management activities. •Recognize & suggest business system process improvements to reduce complexity and redundancy. •Develop, collect and disseminate sales best practices across the organization. •Identify issues, inhibitors and impacts and develop strategies for resolution or risk mitigation. Project management •Manage the projects by product and customer, leading design-in and applying the sales, the customers and product strategies and execution plans within assigned products and/or channels and/or accounts. •Understand specific product & technical information on all assigned products; focus on maintaining product knowledge on all the changes related to assigned product within the factories & market; understand the advantages/disadvantages of products within the market and for the specific customer application. Product promotion •Participate in business negotiations & discussions with account for product sales & promotions as needed to ensure achievement of objectives. •Drive & maintain high levels of account satisfaction through effective executive communications and account support; understand customer expectations and how they are met, or missed, by our competition. •The major accounts to support include Company A, Meta, Amazon, Google/Waymo, Microsoft, Fitbit/Square/Gopro, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Maxim, Analog Devices, Cepton/Velodyne, BOSE, Harman/TRW/Magna. We attach a copy of the major accounts/customer list for Consulate’s reference. Customer service •Drive the strategic & tactical plans to deliver and exceed customer’s expectations.

Majors/Fields
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in business administration, commerce, or related fields. Require three (3) years of experience in product sales and marketing development. Required experience shall include: •Serving as liaison between US and Japan to promote semiconductor sales & marketing. • Experience in discrete Semiconductor products line, power devices and sensor devices product features, advantages, and key strength. •Promote and elevate product image and position to target customers. •Training & engineering experience in MOSFET product line. •Experience in R&D programs, methodologies & processes. •Set plan of attack, and execute actions to help drive proprietary design discussion, design-in and design-win, in new product target market. •Bridge the Business Ground (BG) in Japan and in the USA to reflect its marketing and strategies to USA sales product and sales strategy. •Initiate product feature discussion with target customer, and gained comprehensive in depth knowledge in application usage, and target feature spec for product planning, and feature proposal. •Coordinate with the Japan factory on production capacity, new product introduction and discontinuation, as well as develop the product roadmap to ensure customer support. •Experience in strategic product business plan, sales goal, products specifications, factory objectives, latest technology, and technical support.
