As a Client Service Representative, you are laying the groundwork for our clients to expand their market share by acquiring new auto glass accounts and establishing long-lasting relationships with them. Our out-of-the-box way of strategizing and 100% personalized approach with each customer and client account is what sets us ahead of the competition. Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative include:
- Identify decision-makers within our client’s targeted outreach system and initiate the sales process based on consumer preferences and parameters given
- Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain life-long relationships with both
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and act as a resource across the entry-level Client Service team to help foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to our customers and results to our clients by upholding the standards of innovation and execution of daily responsibilities
- Assist in the retention of customers by establishing a relationship, managing the customer account, and overseeing it to product/service installation
- Assist upper-level Management by providing detailed reports measuring sales performance and examining customer acquisition targets
Requirements of a Client Service Representative:
- At least 1 year of experience in the fields of retail, hospitality, client relations, or any customer-facing position is required
- A naturally self-motivated individual that can benefit other entry-level Client Service Representative with their drive and passion
- The ability to thrive and achieve results in a fast-paced and collaborative, team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while working with all Client Service Representatives and when consulting with clients and customers
- A competitive drive to accomplish all client objectives to boost their overall customer acquisition rate
- The capability of pivoting and adapting quickly to solve problems, to stay at the forefront of strategic thinking with the team
Compensation: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
