We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Auto Glass Market Manager. We offer a competitive salary package with performance base incentives. 401k matches, full benefits also available after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of location operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Work closely with lead technician to coordinate and prioritize orders
- Monitor and analyze technician performance to identify areas for improvement
-Daily routing of technicians
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in warehouse/retail/fleet management, plus if in the auto glass industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Forklift certification is a plus
-Fleet Routing experience is a plus
