The Overnight Print Specialist plays a key role in supporting direct response marketing campaigns by ensuring the timely and uninterrupted production of printed materials. This role ensures paperback books and marketing collateral are produced with quality and speed, enabling the company to respond quickly to patient needs, campaign demand, and market opportunities. • Responsibilities
• Printer Operations & Maintenance
• Keep printers running continuously to meet campaign and production schedules.
• Load paper, replace toner, and clear jams as needed to prevent downtime.
• Stage finished books and collateral for next-day use in marketing workflows.
• Marketing Support Mindset
• Treat every print run as mission-critical to our marketing pipeline.
• Anticipate demand for consumables to avoid production gaps.
• Communicate production performance in the context of campaign readiness.

• Log nightly output, issues, and supply usage with accuracy.
