Who We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current state licensure (LDN) or eligibility based on state requirements
- Successful completion of an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Internship
- Strong knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent communication skills, with strong abilities in documentation and patient education
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality, patient-centered nutrition care.
Education & Certifications:
- RD or Oklahoma Licensed Dietitian - provisional license accepted
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 nutrition consultations and education
- Complete nutrition assessments, consults, and quarterly documentation
- Monitor weights, weight changes, and nutrition risk
- Manage supplements and tube feeding regimens
- Provide nutrition care for dialysis and wound management
- Participate in quality assurance audits and survey preparation
- Support dietary in-servicing and cost control efforts
