What You'll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and interventions.
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education.
- Support patients with a variety of nutrition-related and behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, dietary teams, psychiatrists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Facilitate dietary group education sessions for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, meal satisfaction surveys, and dietary audits.
- Help improve patient outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
- Registered Dietitians (RDNs) or Licensed Dietitians (LDNs).
