We're hiring a Client Engagement Specialist—someone mature, emotionally intelligent, and steady under pressure. Who can lead meaningful conversations and help clients feel grounded, informed, and supported from the very first interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary connection point for prospective and current clients
  • Lead phone-based conversations with clarity, empathy, and confidence
  • Support active clients with scheduling, questions, and expectations
  • Navigate emotionally charged situations with professionalism and boundaries
  • Maintain accuracy and follow-through in structured systems
  • Travel twice per year with the team for training and development

You are setting the tone for the entire client experience.

  • Clients feel heard, respected, and clearly guided — even in difficult or emotionally charged moments
  • New inquiries are responded to promptly and thoughtfully, ensuring no one feels ignored, rushed, or lost in the process
  • You help ensure strong discovery call and evaluation show rates by setting clear expectations, reinforcing commitment, and following through with care
  • You take ownership and solve problems without being asked, keeping both the client experience and the team workflow moving forward
  • You move quickly without sacrificing warmth, accuracy, or professionalism
  • You elevate the team simply by how you show up — prepared, accountable, and invested in shared outcomes

Required Experience

We are only considering candidates with:

  • 5 years of forward-facing client experience (healthcare, wellness, hospitality, education, or similar)
  • Proven emotional intelligence and professional maturity
  • Confidence leading conversations—not avoiding them
  • Strong organization and comfort with structured processes
  • Ability to work a consistent 4-day, in-office schedule (M-Tr, ~28 hours/week)
  • A self-starter mindset—no micromanagement provided

Pay: $47, $54,500.00 per year
