Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build, schedule, and deploy daily email marketing campaigns and automated flows.
- Copy & Content: Draft compelling subject lines and body copy that align with our "simple and clean" brand voice.
- Segmentation: Manage and maintain email lists to ensure we are sending the right message to the right customer at the right time.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to optimize open rates and ROI.
- Analytics: Track and report on key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue) to the marketing leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to ensure all emails are visually appealing and mobile-responsive.
- Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mindset. You check every link and every typo before hitting send.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see opportunities for growth.
- In-Office Commitment: Ability to work from our Vineyard, UT headquarters Monday through Friday.
