Inventory Replenishment, Receiving, and Outbound Inventory Transfers

Hours: M -F, 8:30am - 5:00pm (some Saturdays depending on volume)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member for Inventory Replenishment, Receiving, and Outbound Inventory Transfers within our warehouse. This role supports accurate inventory flow, executes replenishment activities, assists with inbound receiving, and prepares outbound palletized shipments for retail/grocery and client orders according to company standards. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to operational efficiency.

Inventory Replenishment & Stock Management

• Execute daily inventory replenishment for pick locations and bulk storage
• Execute mass inventory replenishment
• Ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO) and proper product placement
  
  

Inventory Receiving

• Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing lists
• Ensure accurate system receiving and proper product scanning and label validation
  
  

Outbound Shipping (Retail & Client Orders)

• Build and complete palletized orders for fulfillment for retail/grocery and client shipments
• Ensure all outbound orders are accurately picked, staged, and wrapped according to standards
• Verify shipping documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements
• Maintain organized staging lanes for outbound shipments
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Usage of Manual and Electric Pallet Jacks
• Effective Clear Communication, attention to detail and time management
• Ability to follow both written and spoken directives from the IR Lead for daily tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Warehouse Experience Preferred
