- Run payrolls for 800 employees
- Ensure that payroll goes out in a timely manner
- Maintain insurance and 401K plans
- Review and abide by company policies and procedures
- Make sure account balances are correct
- Resolve payroll errors
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Provide payroll reports to the management
- Complete worker's comp audit
- 2 years of experience in payroll
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
