Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize salesforce backlog to align with business strategy and roadmap
• Translate high level business requirements to future state vision into clearly defined features and epics
• Breakdown features into actionable, well scoped User stories with clear Acceptance criteria
• Drive feature development by identifying opportunities to use Salesforce built-in Capabilities to meet business Objectives
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements, assumptions, Acceptance Criteria
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, developers, QA, Integration teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and scalable
• Proactively identify, manage, resolve delivery impediments and cross system integration dependencies
• Lead backlog refinement and Sprint planning activities ensuring stories re ready for development
• Review and accept completed work, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards
• Support UAT, Release planning, post release feedback
• Maintain documentation for features, user stories, process flows
  
  

Salary Range - $100000 to $140000
