Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize salesforce backlog to align with business strategy and roadmap
- Translate high level business requirements to future state vision into clearly defined features and epics
- Breakdown features into actionable, well scoped User stories with clear Acceptance criteria
- Drive feature development by identifying opportunities to use Salesforce built-in Capabilities to meet business Objectives
- Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements, assumptions, Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, developers, QA, Integration teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and scalable
- Proactively identify, manage, resolve delivery impediments and cross system integration dependencies
- Lead backlog refinement and Sprint planning activities ensuring stories re ready for development
- Review and accept completed work, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards
- Support UAT, Release planning, post release feedback
- Maintain documentation for features, user stories, process flows
