We’re seeking skilled and motivated Physical Therapists for a 13‐week contract assignment supporting patients in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital‐based settings. Schedule Options
This assignment offers multiple scheduling options to fit your availability:
- Three 12‐Hour Shifts per Week
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
OR
- Five 8‐Hour Shifts per Week
OR
- Four 10‐Hour Shifts per Week
Shift availability may vary by facility.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, neuromuscular re‐education, and functional mobility training
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety techniques, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify interventions based on response to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery goals
- Recommend appropriate assistive devices and mobility equipment
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
What We’re Looking For
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
- Acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, LTAC, or hospital experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment‐planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient‐education abilities
- Ability to motivate patients through recovery and functional progression
- Reliability and flexibility for contract‐based scheduling
