We’re seeking dedicated and patient‐focused Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Registered Nurses to deliver high‐quality nursing care in a skilled nursing or long‐term care setting. Schedule
- Per Diem
- 8‐Hour Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Days)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evenings)
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to SNF residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Perform assessments, monitor resident condition, and respond to changes promptly
- Coordinate care plans with providers, LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform wound care, treatments, and documentation
- Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions as needed
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of recent SNF, long‐term care, or post‐acute RN experience required
- BLS certification required
- Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, resident‐centered approach to care
