Role Summary:
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager in San Bernardino, CA to lead the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Departments in Mission Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a recognized leader in advanced stroke and cardiac care, overseeing a comprehensive STEMI Program and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
As Nurse Manager, you’ll play a vital role in improving patient outcomes while managing and mentoring a skilled team of clinicians in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology units
- Lead and mentor a team of 80 FTEs, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and hospital leadership to advance patient care initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active California RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- California Fire & Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 3 years recent clinical experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology
- At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience (e.g., Supervisor, ANM, or Nurse Manager)
