The CNA will be responsible for providing personal care to clients, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and supporting their overall well-being. Other tasks include meal preparation, helping with mobility, providing companionship, and documenting care provided. Qualifications
- Proficiency in personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and their families
- Ability to monitor and report changes in clients' health conditions clearly and effectively
- Experience working in senior care or healthcare settings preferred
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
- Ability to stay organized and deliver compassionate, client-focused care
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
