Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Evening Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. This role supports patients in Irwin, Monroeville, Murrysville, and surrounding Pennsylvania areas, providing high-quality home-based nursing care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Support patients in Irwin, Monroeville, Murrysville, and nearby communities
• Meet critical documentation and charting deadlines
• Effectively manage time and scheduling responsibilities
• Utilize EMR software, mobile devices, and clinical technology in daily workflow
  
  

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Evening and weekend shifts required
  
  

Travel

• Occasional local travel within assigned service areas
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as TruChart EHR or similar
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Willingness to travel locally as needed

• Previous experience in home health or community-based nursing
