NUMI Wellness Lounge is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for every guest. This role combines front office responsibilities, sales, social media support, and basic clinical duties in a modern wellness environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer phones, respond to text messages, and schedule appointments.
- Check patients and guests in/out using our scheduling software.
- Obtain and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, weight, etc.) before services.
- Prepare guests for provider visits and IV therapy appointments.
- Educate clients on memberships, IV drips, injections, wellness services, and promotions.
- Confidently recommend products and services to help guests meet their wellness goals.
- Assist with membership enrollment and retail sales.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
Social Media Responsibilities
- Comfortable appearing in photos and videos for social media.
- Assist with creating Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
- Capture photos/videos of the lounge, services, and events.
- Encourage guest engagement and promote specials when appropriate.
- Help maintain a fun, positive, and professional online presence.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Previous medical office, receptionist, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs (medical assistant experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for wellness.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence recommending services.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a medical clinic, med spa, wellness center, or IV hydration clinic.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software.
- Basic knowledge of wellness, nutrition, supplements, or IV therapy.
- Comfortable speaking with guests both in person and over the phone.
